Christmas greetings and a thank you

We look back on 2023 with gratitude. Continue reading

A year in which our customers and business partners once again placed their trust in us and we continued to face major challenges.

In particular, we are short of good, qualified employees. Although many employees have fortunately returned to work after the coronavirus years and we have also been able to recruit numerous new employees and trainees, our team still needs more staff.

We were able to compensate for the weak economy in markets such as decanter construction with our broad positioning in other markets and with new, highly sophisticated products. In order to meet these constantly changing requirements, we had to redevelop our organisation to a particularly large extent this year.

As an energy-intensive company in Germany, the requirements and burdens for us are currently increasing disproportionately. However, we also see this burden as an opportunity. As an opportunity to make a greater contribution to progress in climate protection than is possible for other organisations. An opportunity to exploit potential in automation and digitisation that will move us forward in the long term. An opportunity for us to combine ambition and motivation.

After a challenging 2023, we hope that you too can remember as many happy and positive moments as possible despite all the challenges and that the perhaps somewhat quieter Christmas period offers more opportunities to find and enjoy time for yourself and your family.

We would particularly like to thank all our business partners and employees this year for their excellent cooperation – for us this is the basis for and the way to continue our mutual success.

We wish you a pleasant Christmas time and look forward to a healthy reunion in 2024!
