Excitement and fun in the run-up to Christmas

The cup match between SG Handewitt and Bergischer HC took place on 13.12.2023. 9 employees from M. Jürgensen and Kuhn Special Steel watched the exciting game from their own loge. The highlight: in terms of the locations of M. Jürgensen and Kuhn Special Steel, it was almost a derby between the two. But only almost, because the focus was on the evening together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Interested parties could register in advance for the lottery for loge seats. The winners then not only had the opportunity to watch the exciting game, but also to sit together in a cozy atmosphere with drinks and a small snack.

The two teams not only delivered top-class sporting action, but also unforgettable moments for our employees in the exclusive loge. The game ended with a 37:29 home win for SG Handewitt, which intensified the already excited atmosphere in the hall.

In addition to the top-class sport on show, one of the special highlights was the visit from the managing director Holger Glandorf and the sporting director of SG Handewitt Ljubomir Vranjes, who took the time to visit our loge. Ljubomir Vranjes spoke about the strengths and weaknesses of the respective teams before the start of the game and offered the opportunity to discuss predictions for the game.

The highlight of the evening, however, was the visit of the players Emil Manfeldt Jakobsen and Aksel Horgen. Both players took the time for personal talks and photos despite having just finished the game and provided a special end to a successful evening.

All in all, the visit to the cup match was not only a sporting highlight, but also a great opportunity to get to know each other better across departments and companies.
