This special day was all about celebrating our employees and their families. The partners and children of our dedicated employees were to get a first-hand insight into their respective workplaces and our production areas – and of course there was also some entertainment “around it”. Thanks to the large turnout and the best weather, the Family Day was a complete success.
The special highlights included:
Production area tours
Families had the opportunity to explore our state-of-the-art production facilities and get a glimpse of the incredible work that goes into our products. For many, it was an eye-opening experience that highlighted the dedication and expertise of our employees.
Child friendly fun
We didn’t forget about the youngest members of our extended family! There were a range of fun activities for the kids, including face painting, slush ice, and even a bounce house.
Delicious food and refreshments
No event is complete without good food. At our Family Day, we had a delicious barbecue buffet with yummy cake for dessert.
Above all, the Family Day was also an opportunity to strengthen relationships with our employees’ families and create a sense of belonging within our extended corporate family. It allowed us to show our commitment to a supportive and inclusive work environment, because we believe in the importance of cohesion!
