A modern doll corner, new instruments, the latest children’s books – toys, work materials and little extras enhance the facilities in daycare centres.
Preschool teachers put in valuable work every day. They look after the well-being of our little ones. Look after, console and nurture them. The coronavirus pandemic has made this task more difficult recently. We are particularly pleased, therefore, to have been able to carry out our traditional “Donate instead of give” initiative in 2022 again after a two-year break. This year’s proceeds will benefit 14 nursery schools in Radevormwald and the surrounding area. To make the work of the nursery staff easier and to give the children a treat. As a company rooted in the region, we have a close relationship with the local nursery schools. Many of our employees send their children to one of these facilities.
Each nursery school pleased to receive EUR 900
As in past years, we asked our business partners to make a donation instead of giving Christmas presents. The response was tremendous. Over 30 companies took part in the initiative. As is tradition, we double the amount donated and thus reached a total donation of EUR 12,100. As a result, each nursery school was able to receive a donation of EUR 900 this year.
We would like to thank all the donors for their generosity. We, the nursery staff and the children appreciate this commitment very much.
