Andre Kuhn is thus taking over the operational and strategic management from Mark Vierbaum, who will be stepping down from the management board. With his calm nature, foresight and professional expertise, Mark Vierbaum has led the company with prudence and experience during challenging years. He was a valued contact for many and an important pillar of support – both in the management team and for the entire workforce.
Sebastian Kauke, who took up his position in January 2025 (see newsroom article), will continue to manage the business of Zerspanungstechnik Kuhn Edelstahl GmbH (ZKE) together with Dr. Heiko Brauckhoff. Together with Andreas Willim, Andre Kuhn will remain responsible for the entire group, for project issues and for future developments as Managing Partner at Kuhn Industrie Holding GmbH.
