This exchange was more than just a simple change of perspective: it offered the opportunity to gain practical experience and at the same time gain a deep insight into the work processes and structures of another company in our group.
During their stay, Alexander and Moritz went through various departments, got to know the processes at first hand and gained a comprehensive picture of the processes at Kuhn Special Steel. “We received a warm welcome and were able to gain in-depth insights into all areas,” the two report enthusiastically.
However, the exchange was not only an enriching experience for the trainees. Both companies also benefited from the collaboration: the exchange of fresh perspectives and new approaches strengthens the transfer of knowledge within the Group and cooperation between the companies. Such initiatives create the basis for innovative ideas and synergies that benefit everyone involved in the long term.
