Start of training 2024 at M. Jürgensen

We are delighted that we were able to welcome such a dedicated group of talented young people to our ranks on September 2. Two trainees have started in the commercial area: an industrial clerk and an IT specialist for system integration. In the industrial sector, nine apprentices started their training, including three cutting machine operators, three machine and plant operators, one warehouse specialist, one industrial mechanic and one electrician. This wide range of training professions offers a variety of challenges and opportunities, and we are proud to be able to provide our trainees with sound and practical training.

Adrenaline kick at the Heidepark

In order to get to know each other better, all 23 of the company’s trainees went on an exciting trip to Heidepark Soltau at the beginning of October Trainees from all training areas and years took part, resulting in a diverse group. Right from the start, the atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was looking forward to the day together. After a three-hour bus ride, we headed straight to the park’s most action-packed attractions.

Regardless of whether you were looking for a thrill or preferred to take it a little easier – in the end, everyone found the right attraction and had a lot of fun. The various rides offered the opportunity to test your personal limits and experience a real adrenaline rush. The speed of the roller coasters or the free fall on the “Scream” offered a perfect mix of thrills and fun.
The eventful day ended with a group dinner, during which the group reviewed their experiences. The time spent together strengthened the team spirit among the trainees and showed how much fun it can be to get together outside of everyday working life. An all-round successful day that everyone will remember for a long time to come!
